One and a half blocks from: The Atlantic Ocean; Surf City's Children's Bay Beach; Rita's Ice Crean, Broadwalk Pizza; Northside Restaurant/Bar and liquar store; Little Bite of Italy food store and many more shops and stores. House is non smoking
