We loved the Nemo House and cannot wait to visit again! The house was well equipped for both kids and adults. The beds were so comfortable!! Communication with Esther was easy and she was great to work with.

The Nemo house is perfectly located close to the airport and restaurants. The home is perfectly fitted to house a few families while still giving everyone their own space. Plenty of games and beach gear for active families. We loved our stay at Nemo house and look forward to returning.

We have traveled to the Bahamas eight different times. I can save this house was the best that we have stayed at.. We had four kids with us and it was a great beach for children. There was a great breeze off the ocean every day so we didn’t have any trouble with bugs at all.. The grocery store was well stocked, there are a variety of restaurants on the island. The host Cynthia and her property manager were wonderful. We stayed for two weeks and had a great time.. There is nothing negative that I can say about this property at all. I highly recommend Nemo House.

We have rented many vacation homes and this definitely one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was so organized and had everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The grill was fabulous! The set up of the house is so nice with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Everything is top notch. We loved taking long walks on the beach and being centrally located on the island. Would love to return!

We had the pleasure of staying at Nemo house on Tar Bay for our 5th time! This house never disappoints! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the stunning beach while still being convenient to everything Great Exuma has to offer.Whether you’re traveling with family or up to four couples (we’ve done both!) the layout provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. We keep coming back because it truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful family vacation

Beautiful spot!!

So clean and well maintained; kitchen had everything you could ever need and it’s all labeled!! Each bedroom and bathroom were so nice to maintain privacy, and the gathering space was so warm and welcoming.

NEMO House Island Bliss!

We stayed at the Nemo House with three couples and had the most amazing time. The house had every amenity you could possibly think of—everything was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, making it the ideal home base for exploring and relaxing.

First trip to Exuma & Nemo House

This was our first trip to Exuma and wow! Nemo House was even better than the photos and descriptions! The house was stocked with all you would ever need. The location was perfect. My family really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was our third time to stay at the Nemo House and I hope it won't be our last! It's the perfect house. So well stocked, fantastic layout for two families, incredible views, perfect location on the island (close to grocery stores and a "half way point" between both ends of the island making trips to both ends feel doable.) Can't recommend enough.

Best vacation we’ve had

Everything was perfect at Nemo House! The view was amazing and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Esther was great and was very attentive to anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Best House in Exuma!

Everything about this rental was first class. From Esther the property manager, the cleanliness of the home, the extremely well appointed kitchen and everything you can possibly think of. Will stay here again.
