Beautiful patio with built in barbeque and Canyon views. 10 minutes away from Lego Land and 15 minutes away from Del Mar Racetrack. Carlsbad summer

This home is perfect for families with a big park and public pool with splash pad just a walk away. It is in a nice suburban neighborhood, that also offers walkability to Bressi Ranch with shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and other store which provide great convenience. The home itself is spacious and well kept. It has a beautiful back yard to enjoy the evening sunset. It is owned by a nice family - they are assessable and prompt to answer any questions or address needs.

Wonderful Home and Location

We are locals and had to find a place to stay last minute while our home needed work done, and we are SO glad we found this home! We stayed for a full month and we have zero complaints. The location is perfect, close enough to the beach/shops/airport etc. The Bressi Ranch area is so peaceful and has many great restaurants and stores. Trader Joe’s, sprouts, CVS, a gas station, Alga Norte park and many good restaurants are a 2 minute drive from the house. The home itself took our breath away with how well designed and clean it was. Our almost-two year old absolutely LOVED the backyard with the beautiful “river” and fountain he could splash his hands in. The backyard was a paradise and with all umbrellas open we stayed out there for hours. At night we would turn on the fire pit and drink wine with complete peace and quiet. The ceilings in the home are so high it feels so spacious and regal. The kitchen is gorgeous with a view of the backyard and tons of cabinet/pantry space. I really am trying to think of any issues and I can’t. The hosts were very helpful and available to answer any questions as needed. There were plenty of linens, towels, paper goods, appliances and back up supplies. The neighbors were very nice too. The housekeepers came mid-stay and did a nice thorough cleaning. We loved our stay so much we were genuinely sad to leave. If we need a temporary stay again we will look for this house right away. Thank you for a great month!

Beautiful Carlsbad

We had a wonderful stay in this vacation home. Home had everything we needed and was very clean. The owners made sure that everything was set up perfectly, and communicated with us throughout our stay. Great Carlsbad location with lots to do (by car- beach, swimming, hiking, dining, shopping)

A home away from home. Clean, equipped and peaceful

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, clean, well maintained spacious place, in a very quiet setting, with great shopping, golfing and great amenities within a radius of few miles. We enjoyed long walks in this very friendly neighborhood, almost every evening. The home owners and their agent are wonderful people and handled the entire process very amicably and made us feel very comfortable from day one. We definitely have found a place to come back to, in So Cal, again and again and we will do so. CLASSY and ELEGANT, and worth it!

Luxurious Home

My son and I rented this stylishly furnished, brand new like, home during April and May 2011. It is very conveniently located for our needs, near to project walk and good eating out options, not to mention near to great shopping. We were extremely comfortable and the house is very spacious. We loved the back yard with the built in BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. The use of tennis courts, gym and swimming pool is an added bonus! We are coming back again and highly recommend this property.
