Welcome to our slice of paradise at Seychelles Resort in Panama City Beach! Our stunning beachfront property offers breathtaking penthouse views of the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Our spacious and beautifully decorated condo features one bedroom, hall bunks, sleeper sofa and two full size bathrooms, making it the perfect size for families. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size Sterns & Foster bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The living area is open and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, along with a dining table and bar stools. Enjoy the upgrades of stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the stunning penthouse views of the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the sunset along with dolphins, stingrays, manatees, over the Gulf of Mexico.

Seychelles Resort offers a variety of amenities, including two swimming pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center. There is also Schooners a beachside bar and grill next door where you can grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Centrally located on the east end of Panama City Beach, Seychelles is walking distance of the beautiful St. Andrews State Park and next door to Schooners Beach Club bar and restaurant. Other great restaurants like Liza's Kitchen, Patches, Marcus' Gulf Pizza, Scampy's and Capt. Anderson's are within walking distance.
