This thoughtfully decorated, spacious home is perfect for you and your family to enjoy a quintessential New England fall in Newburyport. Located on a wide, quiet street just a block from the water. Also, just a short 15 minute walk from downtown and a 10 minute drive to Plum Island!

Features two large bedrooms with queen beds and large closets and a third bedroom turned into a workout studio (full access to your very own Peloton)! Pop-up bed frame and air mattress available to turn workout room into a bedroom if desired. We also have a large third floor office for a comfortable work from home experience! Our backyard space features a Weber grill, string lights and a Solo Stove for dining outside on a cozy fall night.

Fabulous Stay In Newburyport

We stayed at Emily's for nine weeks, from mid-October until mid-December. Her townhome looks exactly like the pictures, was clean and beyond comfortable. It quickly felt like home. She has a fully stocked kitchen, (we pulled off Thanksgiving with no problems) plenty of towels, blankets, even an air mattress that could be used in the third bedroom if needed. She is so sweet and easy to communicate with. She and her husband have family in the area so even though they were out of town, they had people who could respond to our needs. For example, the vacuum wasn't working properly so within a day or two of letting her know, her mom dropped off a brand new one! The neighbor who they share a wall with is very quiet, and the neighborhood is as well. Lots of ample parking right in front each day, and a fifteen minute walk into a really cute downtown. We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!
