The view was amazing. I felt that they were honest about their listing and helpful with my elderly mother in me, making the right choices for her. It did have a fair amount of stairs, but they were easy to manage, and the view was worth it

Not what we expected. Reviews repeatedly mentioned cleanliness. It was very unclean. We were promised a parking spot to accommodate our RV. That was incorrect. It did not fit and after multiple visits by the police we had to find a storage unit which turned out to be very expensive. The refrigerator did not cool and we purchased food. We were told the repair would be made the next day. They came and we were left with a chemical smell. Everything was mentioned to the host. On top of all this, they were working on the street below for two days. Jack hammering, laying down asphalt and blocking the garage where we couldn’t get our cars out. Although this was not anticipated, it ruined the experience with the amount of dust and noise from early morning until 5:00 pm.We feel like good reviews were only shown as I can’t imagine everyone mentioning the views and cleanliness were up to satisfaction. It was a family get together and my newly pregnant daughter had to leave early. Overall experience was terrible. We would never come back to this property!

We absolutely loved our stay in Venice Beach! The house is in an amazing central location, just a few steps from a gorgeous sandy beach. It’s beautifully decorated, and the spacious living area made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, and each of the three large bedrooms has its own bathroom — such a luxury! The large garage was incredibly handy, stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, and even two bicycles. The hosts were wonderfully friendly and answered all our questions right away, making everything easy and stress-free. A fantastic place to enjoy and explore Venice Beach!

We were staying in Venice beach to complete our stay in California following a wedding. While the house was adequately clean, the entrance street felt a bit unsafe for me as there some homeless living in a tend a few feet away. The owner was very responsive so that was helpful. The furnishings were great though the main couch was allow to the floor making it uncomfortable to get up. Overall the stay was fine, we just did not enjoy Venice beach with its homeless and urine smells.

Wonderful Stay

We were so happy with our choice to rent this house! A group of girlfriends met in Venice Beach for high school reunion and this house had absolutely everything we needed. It was well stocked with clean soft bedding and pillows, plenty of fluffy towels (including makeup removing towelettes and wash cloths), beach towels, bathroom essentials, actual comfortable beds for 7 people, all the essentials for cooking and dining, and a wide open living area upstairs with dining table and big cozy sofa that fit everyone. The location was amazing! It is literally 1 building from the Venice Boardwalk and extremely walkable to everything you would want to do in Venice and a very quick Uber ride to Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach/The Strand. We also loved just sitting on the small 3rd floor deck and people watching. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating, check in was a breeze, and we even had access to two beach cruisers and beach chairs in the garage. We genuinely loved our stay and would absolutely book again!
