Welcome to Baloo the Skoolie at Grandview Camp an amazing 40 ft school bus that has been converted into a tiny house on a 116-acre farm tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Grandview Tennessee. You know you are somewhere special as you drive in the private driveway meandering through the woods as the property opens up to a private mountain dream.
The space
Please note if you book for November Baloo will not have running water, we will provide 5 gallons of drinking water and solar shower bags for showers. The solar panels run the water pump and the solar panels are being replaced in the beginning in Dec. any booking after December, Baloo will hot running water.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
