Backwoods Bungalow

Kick back and relax in this newly constructed calm, stylish space. Watch the deer in the adjoining field while enjoying breakfast in front of the picture window. Enjoy many included streaming services on the 75” Roku TV. The Bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and the living room has both a queen and twin memory foam pullout couches. Adjoining the bathroom is a large walk in closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig coffee maker. Full kitchen with all major appliances available. This unit is on a dead end road in a residential neighborhood, with the owners living in the main home close by. 2 dogs present in yard with 2 cats that may come say hello. We are located 12 minutes from Cumberland Mountain State Park, 10 minutes from I-40, 20 minutes from the new Flatrock Motorsports Park, 8 minutes from Oaklawn Farms, 13 minutes from Brady Mountain wedding venue, 15 minutes from Homestead 32 wedding venue, and 20 minutes from Dogwood Meadows wedding venue. The entire Bungalow is available to you. The laundry is downstairs in the garage. The garage is not part of the listing but if you need the laundry we will set up your door code to work the laundry door upon request. There is also a 50 amp circuit in the garage that can be used with your charger to charge an EV. My number is written down on the refrigerator. Don’t hesitate to call or text with any issues. Early checkins and late checkouts may be available upon request.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the pullout couches, please leave them out so we can clean them properly. Place all used towels and bedsheets in the provided hamper.
Empty all small trash cans into large can in the foyer. Empty refrigerator and freezer.
Turn off all lights and fans. Close and lock all windows, front, and laundry doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
More than two cars must be pre approved. Trailers and large vehicles welcomed. Just give us a heads up.
The laundry is downstairs in the garage. If you need the laundry we will set up your door code to work the laundry door upon request.

Place was very clean and comfortable, had all the basics you would need, and the best for us was that it was quiet and peaceful. The large window by the dining table viewing the open pasture was very relaxing. Stayed three nights and had a wonderful visit.

Property was as expected. Newly built, very rural which was nice, but it is not far from Crossville. The upstairs apt. had easy access, was quiet and comfortable. The unit was spacious and all we needed was there to enjoy. We would stay again without any hesitation !

Clean, quiet and picturesque

The property is rural, but is close to everything. Super clean and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. I would not have been excited driving the CT-5 V down the street directly in front of the property, but as I was in the truck it was fine. This is not the owners fault but wanted to point it out.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, peaceful home! The setting is incredibly relaxing — we loved starting our mornings with coffee by the big picture window, watching deer in the field. The space is stylish, calm, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The full kitchen and cozy living area were perfect for unwinding.Not only is the home itself a retreat, but it’s also conveniently located near so many delightful places. We were just minutes from Cumberland Mountain State Park and other area attractions. The quiet dead-end road makes it feel tucked away, yet everything we wanted to see was only a short drive.This is truly a relaxing getaway spot — peaceful, beautiful, and so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

This bungalow was perfect for our stay. The setting is so pretty and it is equipped with all the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. It is super clean and comfortable. We had a family emergency and the host, Eric, was so accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this rental.
