The beach front view was gorgeous! The condo was clean when we arrived. Comfortable king beds were perfect after playing in the pool, sand and gulf all day. Poolside bar was a nice place to grab a quick drink while soaking up the sun. Employees were all very helpful and friendly. Perfect location to walk to shops, entertainment, and restaurants.

It was lovely

We had a great stay at the calypso. The condo was updated and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and pool. Warren beach rentals was SO communicative and great to work with. We had a couple pertinent questions during our stay and they were very prompt in getting back. Would highly recommend any of their properties as they were so helpful before with any questions or concerns

Great condo in great location

We chose this unit because of the proximity to a nearby ballpark where my son was playing in a tournament. The condo was great. We loved that it had two king size beds and a bunk room. It was very clean and spacious. We especially loved the large dining table, and coffee bar area. If you want to visit Pier Park, then this condo is especially convenient!

Great location but could use improvements

We enjoyed our stay at PCB in the Calypso 1706 in July, but did have a few thoughts to share. Here are some pros and cons... PROS: -Great location -Beautiful beach -Assigned beach loungers -View from balcony -Decent furniture and set up. CONS: -Not super clean. Hair on rugs and in drawers. We ended up purchasing a vacuum from Walmart in PCB because the old vacuum provided in 1706 did not have any suction. -Slow draining sink and tub. -Pool is a big issue at Calypso Towers... Murky water. Unreasonable guest rules such as NO drinks within 4' of pool (even water), no balls, toys, or inflatables allowed in pool. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

4/10 Poor

This property is a 6 masquerading as a 9. The Warren Beach property management member (Stacey) avoided me like the plague, so overall I would give this property a 4. Text messages only, even after requesting to talk with her. Always had an excuse, like she knew the place was substandard. We vacation twice a year to condos and this was, by far, the most deceitful listing we've come across. Here's a brief list:-Air conditioner shut down, most likely because the filter hadn't been changed for 5 months (it was disgusting). It had the date on the old one, that is how I know.-Ceiling fans weren't dusted in months, dust bunnies were flying off.-One of the four stools is missing 2 stabilizers. Next person that weighs 200 pounds and sits on it is probably going down.-Several gaps in the flooring that are visible. The tripping hazards (large gaps) are hidden under the rugs.-The door to the condo does not shut properly, you have to pull on it else your condo is open to the public.-Lamps did not work.-Ladder for the bunk beds is questionable, especially if you look at it from the bottom bunk.-Cupboards are old and run down. Some simple adjustments are needed.-The master bedroom bathroom drain plug for the bathtub is broken and was sitting on the edge of the bathtub upon arrival.-The common bathtub looks like it was patched on the bottom corner.Warren Beach rentals wouldn't talk with me. Have pictures of everything.
