Quiet, secluded neighborhood off of Middlebrook Pike in Cedar Bluff neighborhood. Walk next door to Hey Bear Café which features a 3-acre park with food trucks, live music, playground, covered pavilion, wooded walking trail and the tea shop, which sells their famous Boba Tea and adult beverages. We have a Hey Bear Café menu and loyalty cards available for guests.
We offer 24 hour access with contactless check-in!
Our property features a fully stocked kitchen for creating home cooked meals away from home. Also there is a large dining table, a comfy sectional couch with recliner and pullout memory foam mattress, a large, inviting living room, and a porch with privacy. There are 2 flat screen smart TVs. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with bathroom, walk-in closet, & laundry.

AWFUL!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. HUGE Safety issues for me & my daughter! A large man banging on the door/ringing the bell at 8:45am on Saturday morning, for a solid 8-10 minutes. The host changing 3 times but the last one, Alyssa, did nothing when I texted her at 8:48am about the man at the door. No lock on the screen door. Very excluded, sketchy cul de sac, it's not a neighborhood, so this man being there was intentional Interior very sparse, duct tape dishwasher, shredded blind in upstairs window, dollar store table cloth for shower curtain, rusted interior of fridge & freezer, disgusting shampoo, soap, conditioner in dispenser that was god knows how old. Missing closet door in bedroom, very old, stained and torn mattresses and my favorite - a sizeable bug in my daughter's bed on 1st floor and same type of bug went behind my headboard in 2nd floor bedroom. We checked in at 11:30pm on Friday 11/3 and checked out at 10:15am on Sat 11/4. ZERO response/communications with the 4 hosts. Complaint filed with VRBO.

Getaway

It was just what we needed! It was clean, beds were comfortable, great communication with owner. Location was very safe, and there was some really good eats near by.. would definitely recommend!
