Clean, quiet, and private 2-bedroom 1-bath Casita located in the heart of Washington City. The casita is completely separate for privacy and you will share no walls with anyone. This home includes all the necessities for family living. Towels and linens are provided as well. Additiontionally the also home has a nice Pergola in the back for guests to enjoy.
The residence is walking distance to the community center.
We live on the property next to the casita and we will greet you when you arrive.

Home located in a cud de sac (no through traffic), in a quiet neighborhood. Washer & dryer available to use. Parking in driveway provided - no garage or covered parking. We had to contact the owner for access to home (was not sent to us prior to our arrival). Owner did respond when contacted through VRBO messenger. House was very cold (57° with no heat on) upon our arrival and had a strong, moth ball odor when we entered. The house was not in clean condition. Kitchen table had old food stuck on it. Fridge, stove, and microwave were dirty. No dishwasher. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet water ran from a tank flap leak. Beds were poorly made. Sheets were stained, thin, and very uncomfortable (had pilling balls on them). Pillows had stains on them. No towel racks in bathroom or kitchen. No additional linens available for all the beds. One bedroom had the doorknob on backwards (lock was on the outside of the door). Outside doors were very difficult to lock (front door and outside door located in the bedroom with two beds). Grill and firepit in backyard. Backyard was unkempt.
