Beautiful 3 level Townhome located near 65th Street Beach that is a guarded and rafting beach. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath; 1 bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a queen. 2nd floor has the "great room" living room, dining area and kitchen, hardwood floors, deck and master bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath and a deck. 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds, the other bedroom has a queen size bed, 1 bath and another deck.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
