Architect designed, newly renovated brand new construction retains old world charm. Gorgeous wide plank walnut hard wood floors, radiant floor heating and air conditioning. Lots of windows, and a great yard.

5 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic, UH, Case Western Reserve, Little Italy, Severance, Museums and more!

This is our second stay at the Carriage House and we choose it because of its proximity to the clinic and comfortable layout. It also is on one floor and there's only two steps into the property with close parking to your car. A kitchen is well stocked and the furniture very comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk. Kristen is a lovely host and we plan to return.

Very private stay!

We had a great time staying, it was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Cleveland. Super private with the Carriage House being at the back of the property. I was able to take my older Shih-tzu out for walks in the garden area and on the sidewalk without much traffic. Very clean, bigger bathrooms and overall a great historic place to stay.

Kristen's carriage house was perfect for us as we were in town for the Clinic. It is so close that we took a Lyft car anywhere we went, including downtown. The carriage house was quiet and in a nice area to walk. We discovered the Lakeview Cemetery and the Garfield Monument for an excellent hike. Kristen has furnished the carriage house with comfy furniture and beds, along with high end appliances and electronics. Highly recommend!

Truely Hidden Gem In Cleveland Heights!

Private, secure, close to everything especially Little Italy, which is a must visit maybe 3 mins away.The Carriage House is modern, up to date, and clean. Every convenient item you would want, kitchen fully stocked, professional grade stove/oven, furniture very comfortable, hardwood floors, a/c very fuctional. The pictures truely represent the outstanding quality of the Carriage House.Kristen, very accessable, understanding goes out of her way to accomodate.Not the last time we will be visiting for sureThank you Kristen!

Wonderful stay

This darling coach house is just as advertised. It was clean and welcoming when we got there, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great to have two bathrooms and such a gourmet kitchen to use! Hostess responded quickly to questions!
