Spacious 4 bedroom family home with two-story floor plan. Walkable to the Cleveland Clinic and nearby the popular University Circle attractions (Cleveland Museum of Art/History & Severance Hall). Bring the whole family!



The layout of the home is open and spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (walk in shower & jacuzzi tub), 1 queen size bed on the first floor, 1 king size bed on the second floor, 1 queen size bed on the second floor, and 2 twin beds on the second floor.



Outdoor patio great place to entertain and for the kiddos to run around.



The Space:

Newly renovated, newly and fully furnished living space.



Living room has a large flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu -- perfect for relaxing after a long day.



Need to get work done? The office in the upstairs gives you the space and privacy to take your Zoom calls while using the included fast & reliable internet.



Bedrooms are spacious and cozy with new mattresses and linens.



The house has everything you might need -- So just drop your luggage, relax and welcome to your new home!



Guest Access:

Lockbox entry gives you a flexible check-in (code sent 48 hours before check-in). Free off street parking for 2 cars and free street parking for additional vehicles.

The RTA bus transport is close by -- as well as -- easy access to Uber and Lyft options.

Spiral Staircase -- In order to access the second floor bedrooms / bathroom -- You must climb 1 spiral staircase. Could pose as a hazard for small children.

Our host was very very responsive.. This place was a excellent warming area to gather family for an event at the hospital for myself. Great walking distance, and even in the month of january, with all of the snow, they had professional people there.Doing maintenance and clearing the snow.. I would definitely highly recommend house for anybody...

Contact with the owner was FAST and appreciated. The house was nice and had everything we needed.I would 100% stay again. This is a great option if you need to be near the Cleveland Clinic. It’s close to the main entrance, maybe 10 minutes away. The walk there and the area is safe.I can be a bit slow/dense at times and had a slight issue getting in but the owner walked me through it - even when arriving late in the evening.This place made our stay at the clinic much stressful than it otherwise could have been.

Close to Cleveland Clinic

Just what we needed to stay close to the clinic. It was a difficult time for our family and the location was perfect. Unit was well stocked, as advertised, and Mark always responded quickly to our questions. Would recommend.

The host was very responsive to us, our questions, and concerns. We stayed here because a family member had an extended stay at Cleveland Clinic and this allowed the rest of the family to be together and walk to the clinic. Very convenient. I always prefer being in a home atmosphere vs a hotel, especially for a stressful time like hospitalizations. We did not cook any meals while there, unless you want to consider coffee, so I cannot comment on the utility of the kitchen. It does have a spiral staircase leading to upstairs, clearly depicted in the photos of the site, so one may want to consider safety if stairs are an issue. I slept in the bedroom downstairs, so it was not a concern for me. Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay, unwind, and with easy access to the Cleveland Clinic. We would stay here again if the need presented itself.

Our host was most accommodating. The internet was knocked out due to some melting snow falling off the roof. Mark had Spectrum out first thing the next morning to repair the problem. It was very quiet and so convenient and close to the Cleveland Clinic where my wife was having surgery. I would definitely stay here again for any future visits to Cleveland. Thank you Mark for continually checking to see if we needed anything.
