This pristine 3-bedroom, 1st floor, one level condominium with wood flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances provide a sense of luxury with clean lines. The onsite pool and hot tub are steps from your front door along with outdoor grills a picnic seating. The beach is just across the street and awaits endless walks, fun beach activities and memorable adventures.

The space
The dining room table is inviting and seats six. The kitchen counter allows for casual dining and seating for five. This counter is long enough to set up a mini home office space with free WiFi. The windows and glass door to the private patio provides natural light, brightness and warmth throughout the space. Find time to snuggle up on the comfy couch or chairs with a great book or to watch a movie while others can slip outside to the patio to enjoy the fresh air under the palm trees.

A spacious master bedroom is located off the main room with a king bed and walk-in closet, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The large bathroom has a vanity with granite countertop, two sinks along with a private water closet. The glass enclosed walk-in shower allows you to wash the beach from your body while the separate deep soaking tub allows a private escape for additional relaxation.

Two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway near the entrance. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the second guest bedroom has one full bed and a twin bed. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a granite countertop, sink and step-in tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations on a queen sleeper sofa.

Security is onsite within the gated community. Parking for one vehicle is available on site, per condo. Overflow parking is located at locations nearby for a fee. For reference, the unit is on the 1st floor of a 4-story building and can be accessed via an open parking lot. Luggage carts are available near the elevator to transport your belongings. The BBQ grill is also located on the ground level across from the unit.

For your convenience, a washer/dryer is available in the unit for guest use. Wifi as well as basic travel toiletries and household amenities are provided to get you started.

This place was exactly how it is in the pictures. Actually better. The host was very informative and answered any questions I had. Just a hop, skip and a jump away was the beach. Everything was in proximity. I would choose this place over and over again. Top notch!

Very clean and well stocked. Hot tub and pool were right near us and always clean. Walk to the beach was very quick and manageable with all the kids. I would definitely recommend this unit! Also love that it was on ground level.

Miramar Family Vacation

Overall very great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, good location to shops and restaurants. The pool is only a few steps from the apartment. The only issues we had were some dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and some noisy people in the condo above us. Would highly recommended for families with young kids.

Unit A105 is so far one of mine and my wife’s favorite. Easy gated access to the best beach in Miramar because it wasn’t as crowded as the others. If you want a break from the beach, the pool and hot tub was very welcomed. And to top it all, Mrs Casies is one of the best Host!

The condo was exactly as advertised! Close to the beach with the feeling of home! Roomy living area with huge dining table. Decent sized kitchen as well. Loved the master bedroom and bathroom! Big tub and shower! Wish there was more storage space to put clothes like dressers but that’s minuscule. Not much of a view on the back porch but I loved the quietness of that! Only a 3 minute walk to the beach was definitely a plus! We would most definitely stay here again!

Girls trip for my birthday

From the beginning of booking to the final check-out process, this was the best experience ever. My best friend and my daughter drove from Mobile, Al for my birthday. We fell in love with the unit, the area and everything all around. When we arrived, the unit only had a Keurig, and I drink regular coffee, so I contacted Casie and she immediately had someone bring a real coffee pot! She helped me find my daughter a place to park and was very helpful. If I had to say anything negative at all, it has nothing to do with Casie or the unit, the upstairs guest had small children who liked to run and play all hours of the day and night, but what kid doesn't!! I would also like to say that be prepared to locate additional parking as each unit only provides one spot for one car. This is a 3-bedroom unit, but as I stated, Casie was a jewel and help me find a spot at an RV lot one block over. 10 out of 10 recommend and we will be back!!!
