A short drive to Encuentro Beach and walking distance from the famous Kite Surfing location. Janet’s grocery store located a block away. This condo is right on the beach! Toes in the sand

Out the back door and our toes were in the sand. Very close to the main restaurants. Host was excellent and very helpful. Beautiful building. All tile unit was new and modern. Great food and all very reasonable.

There was NO beach view. This property was misrepresented as being Directly on the beach. it was not. It was directly on a loud Main Street. LOTS OF NOISE. I paid EXTRA to be on the beach. BAD REVIEW FOR PROPERTY AND VRBO.

Property description is accurate. It is directly on the beach. It states that the property has Mountain View not beach view which you knew before hand. You are familiar with the area and condo location because you told me so. You were aiming for a refund and did not receive one that’s why you gave it a low/bad review.

The unit is in the best location in Cabarete, directly on the beach and only steps away from the beach-front restaurants. The restaurant in the property has what is certainly the best view of Cabarete Bay and beach and is perfect for an excellent meal or coffee. The rental unit itself is spacious and has excellent furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped for daily living. There is plenty of closet space throughout. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this property as a vacation rental.
