Welcome to It's Shore Time! Relax and unwind with this beautiful gulf front view at Regency Towers. This recently remodeled property is great for any family wanting to enjoy some time at the beach or two (2) resort style pools. The 2nd floor allows for easy access to both the elevator and the stairs. This condo has been fully renovated and everything is brand new! Spacious/open layout and completely stocked!

The condo is a delightful 2 bedroom 2 baths that easily accommodates up to eight (8) people. New kitchen remodeled with new cabinets and quartz countertops. Complete with new appliances, and Keurig. (4) barstools and (4) dining chairs to accommodate all guests at meal time. Plenty of seating around the large living room TV for you favorite family time shows or movies.
The master bedroom provides a comfortable king size bed and TV. The 2nd bedroom offers two (2) Queen size beds, and a TV for evening entertainment. Newly remodeled bathrooms, the Master Bathroom has a Walk-in Shower, the second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All appliances needed including Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, wi-fi television, internet access, and more!

Not to mention, the complex of Regency Towers has so much to offer such as two large pools (1 heated), wading pool, hot tub, exercise room, outdoor grills, beach access, pool side tiki hut/bar with food and drinks and much more!

A stunning place!

The place was beautiful and so easy to find and check in. On the 2nd floor so we didn’t have to wait in the elevator which was nice because they take forever! We will definitely be booking another trip to the beach to just stay at this beautiful condo!

The communication was excellent with the property manager/owner. The condo was incredibly clean and location great! We really enjoyed our stay despite the uncooperative weather. The Royal Towers staff were friendly and easy going.

We have stayed at many condos in many different parts of Florida. We both agreed that this was our favorite condo EVER! The view provided some of the best sunsets we have ever seen. The location, cleanliness, view, pools and convenience of proximity to the beach and the beach service are the absolute best!! Best Vacation Condo

I can't say enough good things about this condo and facility. Location loved the location of the condo, first time staying on this end of PCB and won't go anywhere else. The condo being on 2nd floor was amazing, still great view from deck and yet the ease of using stairs was absolutely amazing. The condo itself was nothing short of amazing, clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back! The facilities onsite between the pools, location of beach and food/drinks onsite we didn't have to leave unless we wanted to. Tim was great at communicating as well and excellent host. They had games and beach chairs and supplies for us too which was great.

Just Amazing!

WOW, the condo was just amazing. From the moment you opened the unit it was magazine photo perfect. New from floor to ceiling with every detail. New flooring, cabinets, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, all tastefully designed. The place was clean and spotless with all you need including washer dryer. The balcony views just stunning over the Gulf. The host was easy to reach and happy to see you are happy. The only thing missing were more days to stay. Book early before I do, I will be back. Enjoy this amazing place!

Nicely remodeled

The condo is newly remodeled and really nice with a big open feel. It is quite large as far as 2 bedroom condos go. The location is ideal if you want to be in a low traffic area but is only a few blocks away from all the stuff as well as the state park. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all modern appliances. There is a nice sized balcony looking over one of the pools as well. I think this condo would be ideal if you are bringing kids from like 7 and up. They can be in the pool area and you can easily talk and keep up with them from the balcony while attending to other things or just escaping from everything to have a quite drink. Highly recommended!

We were surprised with Regency Tower. Its a older condo so wasnt sure what to expect but HOA must be putting money in right places. The building itself needs some cosmetics and i bet those repairs will be happening soon. Plenty of parking. The grounds are very nice. Large grassy areas with tables and swings overlooking beach. Newer chairs and umbrellas around both of the large pools. Several beach access points one being a ramp if you have a cart or don't do well with stairs. They also have a deck area with lounge chairs stepped down from pools overlooking beach. Tims units was nice as well. Recently updated, good beds (firm mattresses) thats what we prefer, all kitchen utensils we needed, newer washer and dryer, air conditioner worked good, front bedroom a little warmer than rest of unit but it does cool off throughout the night, some darkening curtains in that room would help some, nice tiled shower (not the best water pressure but it got the job done, there again older building im sure thats out of owners control). We enjoyed our stay at Its Shore Time and would recommend it. Tim is also fast to respond to any messages
