Relax and Unwind at Turtle Time PCB! This 3rd floor beachfront beauty located at Regency Towers will be your home away from home!

Turtle Time is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo with the perfect beach house feel. The cozy, relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking views of the beach will have you slipping into vacation mode in no time at all! From the fully furnished kitchen to the gorgeous living area with comfy seating to the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the owners have taken care of all the extras so you can relax and unwind!

The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed with your name on it! There are two bathrooms each with a shower tub combo for your convenience. In the second bedroom, you will find two full sized beds and in the living room, you'll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, perfect for the extra guest!

This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included in season (March through October), as well as WIFI and basic cable. You will be reminded of just how close you are to the ocean when you step out onto the private furnished balcony and take in the salty sea air!

Regency Towers, one of the most popular resorts in Panama City, it is on the quiet end of the beach, not far from St Andrews State Park, and offers all the perks couples, families, and friends need for a superb vacation. The resort has two large pools on site (one of which is heated) in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, and more! There is plenty of fun to be had and memories to be made without stepping foot off the resort. From sunrise to sunset, this is the perfect place to experience Panama City Beach!

Upon arrival, guests will pay a $40 fee to the resort which covers one parking pass and eight wristbands (an extra parking pass is available for $10). Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after your successful check out.

Beautiful accommodations with a great view from the Balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Great location with plenty of options for dining out. Our condo was perfect and very clean.

We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. We will be staying with TurtleTime again. The owners were very accommodating and that was super.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is very clean and was perfect for what we wanted for a week at the beach. The view is beautiful and we loved the easy, quick walk down to the pool and beach. The rental chairs and umbrella that came with the condo were a nice feature. Angie and April communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and clean. We loved being on the 3rd floor and took the stairs most of the time! The balcony table and chairs were great and the view was incredible! We’ve never seen the water so beautiful! I would recommend New mattresses on all the beds and the shower in master bath isn’t strong at all. Those things would not keep us from renting this condo again!

Beautifully remodeled unit.

My family came together for a celebration of life for my oldest daughter that loved the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and the condominium was beautifully remodeled.

Unit 319 at Regency Towers was top notch! Exceptionally clean ( very important to me) The kitchen was updated with very nice appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d ever need, the washer and dryer was a smart LG brand and I fell in love with it! The furniture was clean and comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was top of the line and comfortable to sit in and take in the beauty of the emerald coast .. I don’t want to forget the beds ( every one of the beds ) were amazing, honestly I meant to look and find out the brand, I believe it was probably a really nice memory foam but it was perfect, not to firm nor to soft and thankfully it was not hot but very cool and comfortable! The girls at turtle time were excellent to work with, if I had a question I text and got an immediate answer.. Great customer service! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Very communicative owners, check-in was as expected; very nice condo with a larger-than-average kitchen; nice Adirondack chairs on the balcony that I want for my own porch; within a short drive of several nice restaurants The only (minor) glitch was running out of TP. Please provide at least 2 rolls per bathroom. We brought a couple of rolls ourselves and still ran out

It was our home away from home!

The place is beautiful. The cleanest, beautifully decorated, all new bedding and towels, dishes, appliances. Feels like a brand new condo just built and you are the first person to rent it. The view is breathtaking! You have everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the place to be when you stay in Panama City Beach!

Best unit we've had!

Our family has stayed at regency towers in pcb for the last 14 years and I can honestly say this is the nicest unit we have had! The owners have done such a great job of decorating the condo to match the "turtle time" theme and it was just gorgeous! We are a large group and cook Most of our meals- that being said, the kitchen was very well Equipped with everything we needed including a crock pot, plenty of dishes, cookware, and even good quality utensils which is rare. Appliances were attractive and new and worked perfectly. Kitchen had a nice starter pack of soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. Washer and dryer was a brand new stacked set and surprisingly larger than most I've seen so it was great being able to get all laundry done before we came Home! Great for big beach towels too! Those worked great. Bedrooms were beautiful- NICE NEW beds and NEW dressers with lots of room for our things. We all slept comfortably and loved the furniture and decor in there. TVs in every room, all worked perfectly. A definite plus when the grand-babies are addicted to Miss Rachel. Bathrooms were clean and stocked, also beautifully decorated to match the theme. The location of the unit was on the end past the kiddie pool, very quiet and also near the stairs. We were able to walk right down to the grills and a straight shot to the beach. The owners were so attentive through the rental and also checked on us to make sure we had all we needed and that we got checked in. I simply can't say enough about this unit. You can tell the owners have put their heart into every detail...one of my favorite little things I could see was hand-picked was a tic tac toe game shaped like a turtle! What a cute piece for this place. Some of these details Might not sound important to some, but we literally had every comfort of home with a beautiful beach view! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. We will definitely be back when we visit pcb next year!
