Newly remolded ground floor condo with new appliances. All kitchen flatware and cookware, coffee pot, etc. Screened patio with sofa, chair, TV, beverage fridge, and washer and dryer. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms, living room and patio. Master bedroom has king bed with on suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Second bedroom can be a king bed or 2 twin beds, please specify which you would like when you book. Outdoor patio with chairs. Direct access to large pool just steps away. Charcoal grills available just outside of screen patio. Just minutes from beach, dining, golf and attractions.

Very clean and spacious

The condo was very clean. While it is only two bedrooms, we never felt crowded. I had a couple of questions before/during stay and David was very quick to reply to my messages. Would definitely stay here again.

clean & spacious condo

This is a great 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a large living room, kitchen, & dining table. Great for a small to medium group. The beach is a quick 5-10 minute drive and stores are close by also. The condo is very well kept and has all the essentials (plus some more!) for a stay. Owner was very communicative, responded quickly to any questions, and even sent reminders on check out day to avoid additional fees (leaving parking pass on morning of departure). We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Golf Colony is a gem in Surfside Beach. Pool outback is great for families, couples or good friends. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owner was great. We asked to have the twins in the second bedroom converted to a king and both beds were very comfortable. Sectional sofa, recliner and bar stools made for comfortable seating while watching television at the end of the day. TV has cable and Netflix, as well as YouTube. The enclosed patio was well appointed with a wine/beer fridge and privacy curtains as well as a TV and ceiling fan. Even had a collapsing cart for transport of bags and food shopping...
