Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take trash to trash shoot down the hall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No sand inside the condo, wash out on springlers outside building. No bath towels on the beach. No smoking - $300 penalty. No pets - $ 300 penalty.
Lost keys - $ 100 penalty No carts inside the unit.
At check-out: Gather used towels inside bathroom. Throw trash in trash shoot down the hall. Turn off lights. Drop key back in lockbox.

Weekend beach getaway

Kingston Plantation is one of our favorite places to stay in Myrtle Beach. This was our first time staying in the South Hampton building. The unit is nicely decorated and spacious. It has excellent ocean views from all the rooms. Beach and pool access is very easy. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Myrtle Beach, look no further.

Our family had a great stay and definitely recommend this condo to others. We had an easy check in, communication with host was excellent and the location is very convenient. Condo was very clean, equipped with nice appliances and bedding and blankets were inviting. Cannot think of any needed improvements.

We would definitely stay here again! Communication before and during our stay was fantastic. They responded quickly to questions and even recommended deals for golf and facials/massages nearby. The condo was roomy and clean and we had a side view of the ocean. The kitchen has a keurig and regular coffeemaker. There was also a countertop icemaker, but we didn't use it. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels. Parking was free and convenient. Black Drum Brewing was yummy and walkable. My husband went twice, just for the bourbon! We ended up leaving some jewelry on a bed during checkout and Rosaly was nice enough to call me and meet us so we could pick it up. We had a FABULOUS time!!

That early connection to the sea has always stayed with me—there’s something calming and grounding about being near the water. When I found this place at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, it immediately reminded me of home.

I love traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time outdoors—especially near the beach. Hosting gives me the chance to share that love of coastal living with others. It’s important to me that guests feel comfortable, welcome, and able to truly relax during their stay.

Whether you’re here for a family trip, a romantic escape, or just some quiet time by the ocean, I hope this space feels like your own little retreat.

From the moment I first visited Kingston, I was drawn to the peaceful atmosphere—walking through the beautifully maintained grounds, hearing the sound of the ocean just steps away, and seeing families and couples enjoying the pools and paths—it just felt right.

My favorite spot is standing on the balcony and taking in the view of the ocean, starting my mornings with coffee, and ending the day watching the sun set over the water.
