Hello, it is my utmost priority to ensure a clean home before my guests check in. The home was inspected before you checked in and everything was in place and clean. unfortunately you came up with these accusations including sending me a picture of my suddenly broken washer and dryer which was never broken before your check in. Surprisingly you didn’t mention the washer and dryer in your comment/review. I am not going to pursue damages, perhaps that’s where your negative review came from thinking I’d ask you to pay for it? Whatever the case, I am glad you stated you enjoyed your stay.
