Your bedroom (Queen Bed) features living and dining room area and full bathroom, all private inside the bedroom Basement.

Basically the whole Basement is yours, the only things we would share are the kitchen, the Landry room and the Entrance.

WIFI is included, there is a TV, Xbox1, Printer, Blue-ray DVD player, Home Theater Seating Sofa & guest chairs.

No access to the 2nd FL(ours 4 kids live on that floor, and us in the 1st FL ), you may hear us talking, playing Piano, coming in and out of the house
