Designed for your comfort and relaxation in a space filled with good energy.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent hosts. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located near the bus with direct access to NYC. One note for future guests: while the listing says it sleeps four, the pull-out bed is best suited for small children rather than adults or teenage children.

We had the best experience here. The host was so accommodating and was so willing to help with whatever we needed(and in a timely manner). The space was clean, comfortable and so nicely decorated. This was one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. We drove into town for a family event from South Carolina and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was incredibly easy. The place was exactly how it was described. Well curated in small place, just with enough amenities. It’s ideal for 2 people but 3 adults can fit well. It was clean and very comfy. No complains for anything. Highly recommend.

This stay was fantastic! My mom, my husband and our son came to town to spend 4 days seeing all the sites of New York, including Times Square, Broadway, the Statue of Liberty and everything they could fit in. They found the bus stop to get into town easily and felt safe and comfortable in the area. The host is incredible! Super fast responses to any questions we had, very kind and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this host and this property!! Thank you!

Host was quick to reply via messenger but the bed frame was broke on one side when we checked in at 3am. We contacted the host in the morning when we woke up and she & partner arrived (an hour later cutting into our touring time). When she arrived she refused to let me speak, I had to ask her to let me finish speaking. There was a large gap under the outside door, which we also notified her of and she stated that she knew about it, & it was on the list of things to be fixed. This would have been tolerable if it wasn’t December and the wind was whipping into the studio. We had to put extra pillows in front of the door to block the 30degree wind. There was also a natural gas smell in kitchen area, we notified her of it and she said that it happens and it has been checked out to be fine. I don't think smelling natural gas from when the water heater kicks on to be okay. There are also 3 plug in wall air fresheners in the small studio apartment, it was such a strong smell that you could taste the chemicals. No central heating only plug in space heaters.

Prior to your arrival, we took great care to prepare the studio and even extended several courtesies and added benefits that were not included in the original reservation, as we always try to make our guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Your late arrival at 3:00 a.m. was not an issue for us. I remained awake to ensure your check-in was smooth and that you had immediate support if needed. If the bed frame issue had been reported at that moment, it could have been addressed right away, especially considering that we consistently respond within minutes, as demonstrated by our communication before your stay. The bed frame was in proper condition prior to check-in. Once notified in the morning, we arrived promptly and worked to address the concern while you were out touring, in an effort to minimize disruption to your plans. Regarding heating, the property does have central heating, along with two additional portable heaters provided for extra comfort. The draft near the door is already on our maintenance list and was disclosed transparently. As for the kitchen concern, the appliance system has been inspected previously and deemed safe. Nonetheless, we take all reports seriously and continue to monitor and maintain the property carefully. We respect your opinion and are genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of what you expected. It is never our intention for a guest to leave dissatisfied, and we regret that you felt compelled to leave a review that may impact our reputation. We wish you happy holidays
