it was a perfect stop for our trip to Tennessee with comfy beds. It was a nice peaceful location and very quiet. We appreciated the accommodation for coming in late and having plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
Gracious hosts with easy check in/ out. Scenery beautiful and Easy location to fantastic Chattanooga and surrounding areas. We are a couple who vacation for trails, parks, and shopping.
The apartment looks like the pictures. It’s in a quiet and peaceful setting. We even saw the cows. It’s away from the main house and above the garage, and it felt very private. Dakota was a friendly and professional host. She made sure I had everything I needed to enter the apartment, connect to the wi-fi, and clear instructions for check out time.
this is a cute little space their guest house located next to their home. It is all one floor and you must go upstairs to get to the space very cute and quaint. It was just a little dirty in the bathroom upon arrival. Communication with the house was possible.

Great Stay Over
A super place for a stay over. Very clean and neat!
We stayed one night for half way point from flordia to home. It was peaceful and quiet . I left my ankle bracelet I got from flordia and the owner mailed it to me right away! Only thing i think others should know is there are no blinds on the windows. Very modern and smelled brand new!!
Place was very clean and appears to be newly built or remodeled. Some blinds would be nice as the place is a little bright in the morning but its a farm, so its probably to time get up anyway.
Very comfortable and beautiful property inside and out. Be prepared to take stairs up and down during stay… was good for me because I enjoyed the bonus exercise. Close to the Red Clay Historic State Park and super close to the Red Clay Resort. Great all around!
Awesome farmhouse to stay in. Next to the owners who are really nice people. Pretty far from town.
My wife and I stayed here so we could get some hiking and biking done in chattanooga. The place was absolutely incredible and we loved it. A bit farther away from Chattanooga than we had planned. About 30 minutes. The owners live next door and are very nice people. Love their dog.e.
We stayed a couple nights at this wonderful property while attending a wedding around the corner in Tennessee. It is clean, quiet and fully equipped for a nice stay. Beautiful view from the 2nd floor patio. Great for bird watching. Bonus points if you like watching cows graze. Red Clay park around the corner is great for a picnic and a history lesson on the Cherokee. We almost extended our stay, but work wouldn't allow it. If life allows it, we will be back for another stay!
Great property great communication from owner love the interior of the loft. It was a quick stay for one night if I’m in the area again will definitely contact to rent. Extremely neat and clean.
Everything about the property was perfect…clean, beautiful and very nice! We were very happy for our guest to stay at this property. It was even more beautiful in person and smelled brand new when we walked in the front door. We loved the thought out decor inside and the lights decorated on the outside gave it a cozy feel.
We highly recommend!
This was a great place to stay while we visited our oldest and his very serious girlfriend. The hosting family was on top of it. Our youngest enjoy Tahoe who was a very good host as well. Thank you for sharing your property with us, we were truly blessed.

This area is so special to us because most of the property surrounding us is family.
What makes this property unique
The views from both bedrooms and early in the morning or in the evening the cows hanging out by the fence line is our favorite.
