You can’t beat this location with its close proximity to all the North Palm Springs restaurants & Downtown, only a half-mile, (.805 km) away. There's plenty of hiking in the San Jacinto mountains, just minutes away.


The Space:
The space is newly updated and perfect for all guests. This modern 2 bed, 2 bath unit is the perfect getaway. The spacious primary bedroom hosts a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, desk for working (with printer) and access to the back patio through a private sliding door. Additional guests can sleep in the super comfy queen sized bed located in the second bedroom. You’ll find in-unit laundry, a dining nook that comfortably seats 4, a cozy living room equipped with Chromecast and a smart TV for easy streaming and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The front patio is perfect for coffee in the morning, or drinks at night overlooking the beautifully lit up pool, tennis court and desert landscaping.

Guest access:
All guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the communal pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. There is one cover carport spot, as well as plenty of additional (free) guest parking.

El Mirador meaning “watch tower” is an eclectic neighborhood, bordering the notable Movie Colony. El Mirador’s name evolved from its original name, the “Bel Desierto Neighborhood,” coined by P.T. Stevens who built the iconic El Mirador Hotel. With approximately 160 homes which include larger estates, to vintage Palm Springs bungalows and condos, El Mirador is one of the most well-known and desirable areas in Palm Springs with its central location within downtown, the design district, and its restaurants and shopping, as well as Ruth Hardy Park.
