We really enjoyed our stay at the Mews Pool Villa. Having the heated (85’) was an added bonus. We had some relaxing days where we could just hang out an enjoy the area and it was a great location to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Paul was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and situated in a lovely area. This being our first visit to Cape Cod we did not know much about the various areas and were pleased with our choice. The only concern we had was with the temperature regulation in the upstairs bedroom during our stay. It would get rather warm up there by evening. Overall, the villa felt like home and our time there was very relaxing which made for an exceptional vacation.

Loved this property and the area. We had stayed in New Seabury for the first time last year in a different area and loved it. Wonderful House!

Stayed here with my husband, brother and sister in law and it was the perfect size for us and the pool was wonderful.
