About the host
Hosted by Melissa Crimmins
the cottage has been in the current family for 4 generations of Leland Summer season residents. Since 1930 their families have enjoyed making memories in this wonderful original Up North Michigan retreat. Sailing and boating with family and friends, spending summer days and evenings on the expansive private lawn playing games, jumping off the dock, swimming to the raft. The family has thoughtfully preserved the "authentic" sense of a summer season experience from a bygone era. With purpose guests will immerse themselves in the woods on the shore of Lake Leelanau in this special original gem.
