As the property is located in a tropical environment, occasional pest activity can occur despite ongoing preventative measures and regular service. While we understand your frustration, reports of this nature are not representative of the typical guest experience at the home. Since your stay, we have taken additional proactive measures and had the home professionally fogged as an extra precaution to further address the concern and support the comfort of future guests.
