Guests can walk 5 minutes to access the beach. The popular "Terramar" surf break is within walking distance for anyone who likes to surf or ride boogie boards. Terramar is also fun for those with little kids. During low-tide kids can explore the tidepools for sea critters.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Due to homeowner association rules, the nearby private beach access is not available to renters. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Pets are allowed (two dog max), no cats, with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
