House was very clean and comfortable. We had a family trip with 9 people and had plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was fully stocked. Communication with host was great. Pet friendly and a lot of space for pets and kids to run around. Highly recommend!
The house was absolutely perfect for a weekend stay and to host a baby shower! It had everything we needed - even fresh flowers and blueberries. Brittany was wonderful and the communication was great. Highly recommend if you're considering this property!
This home is beautiful, The separate living rooms was a huge bonus for our family of 10. The host Brittany was Amazing as well, Her extra touches and gifts were above and beyond, I would love to stay here again in the future!
We used the home as our accommodations for a three day fishing trip in North Georgia. We found the home in great condition and the place was very well stocked with everything one could need. The home is spacious and the outdoor firepit was used all three nights. If you have need of accommodations near Clarkesville I would highly recommend. Clean, comfortable, good location.
The house has been renovated but still holds the classic charm of days gone by. The location is ideal for day trips to local waterfalls and hiking trails plus just minutes away from Helen. The property manager, Brittany, was very informative about the neighborhood since we were traveling with pets. She also checked in on us after a severe storm moved through the area. That meant a lot to us. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean and peaceful. This is a great place to sit back and enjoy nature or head for the trails.
Beautiful updated house. It has plenty of room and would be amazing for two families with kids. The double family rooms were amazing. Beds were super comfy. Loved the wrap around porch. Super quiet and relaxing.
This vacation was amazing house that was very cozy and very confutable. The owner was making sure that what ever you need will be there, the communication with the owner was great. It’s big house and very spaced, big kitchen with full kitchen supply. Very highly recommended, with this house you cnot get wrong.
Came for a wedding at Toccoa Falls and it was just perfect. Beautiful home, all we needed was provided. Had enough room for everyone and even the few friends that came over after the wedding. Thanks Brittany for making it all run smoothly and your extra help to make it perfect.

Thank you so much for the kind review. We enjoyed having you for such a special occasion!
Several couples, myself and my wife enjoyed a long weekend stay at this home. We were in Clarkesville for a fly fishing trip. We all had a wonderful experience in the home. It’s only a couple minutes from the town center. The home was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the property manager was kind and very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll definitely stay here again.
Brittany was a fantastic host. Helped me out with so many things. I held my son’s rehearsal dinner at the house. There was 24 of us. It was amazing
Brittany was so helpful. We had a blast and lots of bonding with family.
W We all needed this
The property was just as advertised plus some. Brittany made it so easy to book the home and check in. If we come back to the area we will booking this home again. All the small items that are provided for the just in case you forgot something is extremely thoughtful and some of the items came in handy. A small example is my stepdaughter cut herself and we didn't have anything with us, but there were items at the home for us to use to clean and bandage her up. Just an amazing experience and a beautiful home. Very family oriented. Thanks for making it such a memorable time for our family. The Haas, Gamble, and Bernstein families.
The house is beautiful. The kitchen is a dream kitchen, except the pots and pans needed to be replaced. Other than that, the kitchen was VERY well stocked. We bought a pan to use during our stay. The air conditioning was wonderful, much needed since it was July and very hot.The beds on the main level were very uncomfortable. We stayed on the main level, since we had our dog with us and my husband has a bad knee. Neither one of us slept good. I like a soft bed, husband likes a firm bed but neither one of us could sleep, the bed was very hard even too firm for husband. If you can go upstairs, the beds up there seemed better. The host, Brittany was great to deal with. Very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly when we reported a problem. The problem was the trash cans were full when we arrived and had tons of flies buzzing around the cans, which were very close to the kitchen door. Also, someone must have left the bathroom window cracked open, because we discovered that open window after the first couple of days. Sadly, lots of flies got inside the house, so we were dealing with them during our stay, buzzing all around us whenever we had food. Brittany sent a someone to the house quickly, and he took care of the trash issue. The house was very pretty and other than the uncomfortable beds, the furniture was very nice. The house sits back, long driveway, on a busy road, not a road that you can walk your dog on, so we drove about 5 minutes to walkable area.
