This is a wonderful and well equipped apartment, situated in the private and exclusive gated community of Palma Real located only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the heart of the celebrated Palm Beach area where you will find beaches, shopping, restaurants and night life.
The fully air conditioned apartment has an open plan living room, with a full-size pullout sofa and kitchen, One bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two other rooms each equipped with queen beds. Downstairs there is a half-bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, espresso maker, a full size stove top/ oven and washer and drying rack.
Across from Palma real we have Subway and Linda’s Pancakes and bingos, SOLE MARE restaurant, Sultans restaurant, all within walking. Wendy’s, KFC, Grand Victoria, and New Wei Tai Chinese restaurants. Also INDO local Indonesian food,

The complex has two pools and also a children's pool with playground. The condo is located in a gated community with 24/7 security for peace of mind. There is plenty of parking outside the unit.
