Two spacious, airconditioned bedrooms, both have their bathroom with hot water, soap, shampoo and towels provided. Each bedroom has it's own TV, we have a safe for your valuables, beautiful bedding, and most important of all, our cleaning team does an impecable job!
The living area has a great kitchen and dining table, and the seating area is comfortable and has a great smart TV.
We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.
When you step out of your door, the pool is about 20 steps away. There is a great gazebo with dining tables right in front of the condo, a perfect shade spot to eat or read a book and watch the kids in the pool.
The Pearl is a condominium building and there is a minimarket, laundromat, beauty parlor/Spa, and a restaurant. There are BBQ grills for common use around the pool area as well.
Our most famous Eagle Beach is about 500 meter walk! So no need to rent a car, although we always recommend to rent a car since the hot climate in Aruba makes having a car so much nicer.

There is a cleaning fee of $150 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.

We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies.

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.
