Elegant Estate - Aggie Football Game Day House

Located 2 miles from Kyle Field, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house sleeps 12 guests in beds. (There are 2 king beds and 4 queen beds.) With pool access and parking for up to 5 cars, this is the perfect house for the group to enjoy game weekends, ring days, graduations, and all College Station has to offer. There are smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and cable so you don’t miss any game day action!

The open concept kitchen and living room create a wonderful space for family and friends to gather. There is a desk with 2 chairs provided in the living area for a designated workspace. From the living room, guests can walk out onto the patio and enjoy the private backyard (partially fenced in). All bedrooms are located on the second floor which come equipped with en-suite bathrooms. (Three of four bedrooms contain walk-in closets.)

Target and H-E-B on Texas Avenue are both located 0.6 miles away from the estate! If guests run into any issues or have questions, our property management team is available 24/7 for assistance.

Please ask about our grocery concierge service! Guests give us their list, and the property will be stocked upon arrival. We look forward to welcoming you in Aggieland!

Perfect location and Super Clean!

We loved our recent stay at The Estates in College Station. The property management team were amazing. Everything was super spelled out and organized to make the stay ideal. The rooms were decorated even better than the pictures, kitchen fully stocked, and everything CLEAN! We would stay here again without question when in College Station. Thank you for a great weekend!

Recruiting Trip getaway

We decided to try something different from our normal recruiting trip to College Station. Instead of booking 5 separate hotel rooms for 3 nights we booked this great VRBO for our Team of 5. Beautiful house with 4 bedrooms. 4 full bathrooms, And a great kitchen/ living area for us to hang out together between events. We will definitely be back next year!
