About this property

MOUNTAIN LODGE 126 CONDO -This winter we will be offering a newly combined slope side condo. Pictures coming soon!! This will be a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that can sleep 11 people without using a pullout couch. The master bedroom will have a king size bed with ensuite. The second bedroom will host 2 queen beds and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with dual bunk beds sleeping 4-5 with a trundle. Newly renovated kitchen with upgraded cabinet and granite countertops. Keurig and standard drip coffee maker available, slow cooker, blender and a full accompaniment of cooking and dining utensils. The unit will offer your own private washer and dryer. Electric boot drying racks and lockable ski/snowboard storage. Additional renovations and improvements are planned for Spring of 2024.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

BUILDING AMENITIES: Mountain Lodge is centrally located with access to a Ball hooter lift and the Village, Resort Shuttle Service at the entrance to the Parking Lot, gated parking on site and Bike Friendly lodging, a large gathering area in Lobby complete with a log fireplace, a coin operated game room, and a play area for the little ones. Free WiFi. Free Long Distance Calling. Bike storage and washing station are available. Access to the Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs is available at an additional cost. Mountain Lodge now has an eco-friendly indoor Glice Skating rink at an additional cost.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 5:00 PM
~ Check out time is 11:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

Perfect location

The place is great. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Our only complaint is the wifi is awful. TV's have streaming services only and with horrible wifi, it was very difficult to watch tv.

A great getaway!

This was the perfect spot for a quick and inexpensive weekend getaway! We loved being conveniently located on the first floor near the lockers and being able to see the lift in the mornings. Great view! Overall, everything was great! But dish soap and a sponge were not included like the description mentioned it would be. So we had to run the dishwasher with just water! Not ideal. I would definitively return, just need to pack a few more personal items.
