This is a UPSTAIRS (Two Flights of Stairs) newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo- featuring a queen bed in the bedroom with a Smart TV where you can connect all your favorite streaming services (YouTube TV is Connected) with FAST fiber optic WI-FI! The living room features a couch that converts into bed (two kids or one adult) and an ottoman that converts into a twin bed, Smart TV, kitchen table, and work station. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, Cookware, brand new stainless steel appliances which includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a full size washer/dryer and large garden tub/shower. Sit on the back balcony that overlooks one of the communities pools that is open year round! The condominium complex features two pools which are open year round.

This condo is a short drive or walk to the Mobile Bay. The newly renovated Back Deck Bar and Grill and public boat launch is a one minute drive away or a short walk. Nearby stores within a 5 minute drive include:
Publix, Rouses, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Petco, T.J Max, Home Depot, Bass Pro, and many more! Plenty of restaurants (Chinese, American, Mexican, Thai, Ice Cream, Waffle House, Burgers and more) are nearby for any cravings you may have!

Quick trip to Daphne

Condo was clean, cozy, and well located a couple of blocks to the bay. K- cups were included for the morning brew!!! A bit off the highway helped keep road noise down. We will likely stay here again if we repeat this trip.

The condo was conveniently located to dining, shopping and walking trails. We took a 5 minute walk to the bay to watch the sunset. The condo was clean and perfect for two people.

Bay Area at Mardi Gras

This was perfect for our trip to the Bay Area, we went all over the Bay Area to parades, to shop, to the Battleship, and to a piano competition at the University of Mobile. The condo was a great size for us, conveniently located, and the host was considerate to have the “extras” that might be forgotten- coffee, toiletries, washing detergent, etc. Would stay again!

Quaint comfort!

The stairs were a bit scary and could use updating as well as some of the interior, but overall perfect. While there I cut my hand and to my surprise the apt was stocked with bandaids! (It’s the little things) Pretty simple to get to once you find were it is. Directions could me better. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Daphne AL condo

The condo was pleasant, clean and convenient to local amenities for our 3night stay. My wife is particularly attentive to cleanliness and it meet with her expectations. The condo was as-described in the list. One small concern was the exterior steps to access the condo - the steps are small and required extra caution to safely walk up and down. Other than that, would likely stay again.

Adding this condo to my favorites!

This was the cutest little one bedroom condo! Perfect size for me and my daughter and our luggage! The bedroom is so big that we weren’t cramped and were able to lay our suitcases out. There was a really large dresser, too, that we could have used. The bed!! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on while traveling!! The balcony overlooks the pool and although it was chilly, I enjoyed a nice cup of hot tea while sitting outside listening to the morning noises. Even though it’s right off the highway, there was no highway noise. Very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Also a Keurig with coffee pods and creamers. And an assortment of tea bags were also available. The owner was really friendly and gave clear instructions for how to arrive and how to check out and even checked in to make sure our arrival went smooth. Everything about this trip was perfect!! Already thinking about coming back during the warmer months!
