Mountain Views from all areas of the home, WALKING distance to Thunderbird Park - hiking path. You will love the quiet area nestled at the foot of the mountain. Enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather in backyard, either on Patio or balcony off of the master bedroom to enjoy mountain views. Quiet exclusive neighborhood close to freeways, and easy access to any area of the valley.

Why they chose this property
This home has excellent (thick) memory foam mattresses, and for us is one of the most important things while on vacation is a good nights sleep. our home is equipped with luxurious travertine flooring, wood like flooring, and carpet. The gourmet kitchen boasts twin Sub Zeros, dish drawer, and giant kitchen island as well as wine cellar. nestled in between the mountains, and within a mile or so to the freeways, and 10 minutes to STATE FARM Stadium, and Peoria sports complex.
