Clean property convenient to everything. The management was very responsive. Dog friendly, but no evidence of pets staying there prior at all. Location is center to most entertainment and the pets love it too.

Really nice place it's great right on the beach im with my dog and we are having a great time. The on site bar is very good. The amenities (vending machines, laundry, etc) are very subpar however, if that's a thing for you

My husband and I came down for a week to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and we had an absolutely beautiful stay in Myrtle Beach for the week!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, tidy, and just as described in the listing. We found the mattress very comfortable, and the host was communicative and responsive throughout our stay.The location was great. The condo is right on the beach and within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops, which made it really convenient to get around without having to drive everywhere. Azure, the onsite restaurant, was phenomenal. We ended up eating there several times, and everything we tried was delicious.The kitchen is stocked with fairly basic supplies, which was adequate for us since we weren’t planning to cook during our stay. The bathroom amenities are similarly basic, so guests may want to bring their preferred toiletries.The only improvements I would suggest would be upgrading the towels and, eventually, the AC units. The towels are a cotton/poly blend and were quite linty and a little rough. The AC units also worked well but were fairly loud, particularly when trying to sleep.Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, excellent location, easy beach access, and responsive host.

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach

This property was great for my husband, myself and our dog Cece. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying breakfast on our balcony every morning!!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks. The view is fantastic. The elevator worked well.The apartment was clean, although the bedding was wrinkled.The large pool was suitable for swimming, but the Lazy River was not, because there was too much steam and draft.

Great vaca place

Everything looked like the photos. The rental company was easy to communicate with. Only downfall was one elevator did not go to our floor and we had to either go up to 19 and walk down or 17 and walk up a flight.

Very nice property pretty clean. Only downside of the whole time we were there steps in the garage looked like they were being lived in. Smelled like urine food containers everywhere I know that’s hard to control but someone needs to check it.other than that. Love the place.!!❤️❤️❤️

When we arrived there was mold on furniture and ceiling, some outlets do not work, and dish drainer was in 2 pieces. We cleaned the condo after arriving, then it was ok. I know it is because of regular wear of the building, so we made due and had a good trip

September Myrtle Beach Trip

The host was helpful from the beginning. My Vrbo app wasn’t showing any messages from my trip, so I contacted the host directly. They were happy to communicate with me without the app so they could be there if I needed anything. The room had a beautiful oceanfront balcony view. I loved that the bedroom had a door to the balcony as well. However, there were a few hiccups with the room. The cleanliness definitely could have been better. I wish they had a broom in the room for us to use when coming back from the beach. Not all of the outlets worked and the ones that did were very loose. The main couch was not the most comfortable to just relax on as well. Even with those things, we enjoyed our stay!

October Get-Away

The condo unit was immaculate. The description when making our reservation was accurate. We had no problem while we were there. The condo was just right for our October getaway. The view from the 18th floor was awesome. We were able to enjoy the sunrise each morning we were there. The restaurant, Indigo, was convenient for those mornings. We did not want to leave the property. There was another restaurant, Magnolias, that was within walking distance that we enjoyed on a few occasions. They are mainly cafeteria/buffet style. We were able to bring our small dog with us on this trip. It was evident that the hotel does not enforce the breed and size of dogs that were permitted on the property. We saw several dogs that were in excess of 100 pounds but, overall, we were delighted that we, as well as the other guests staying at the hotel were allowed to bring our dog. Guests who bring their dog with them to this resort, need to be considerate of others and clean up after your dog. When walking in the dog walking area, you had to watch every step so as not to step in dog poo. Gosia was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay accommodating. We will definitely stay at the Patricia Grand on future trips to Myrtle Beach.

The room was clean and the view is amazing. The kitchen offers extremely basic cookware and dishes. There is the option of a kcup style coffee maker or a 5 cup drip coffee maker. If you like a big cup of coffee I suggest bringing your own mug. Mentioned to the property manager a baking sheet would be a great add and they offered to bring one but we already purchased a disposable cake pan to bake our biscuits in. I've been to this hotel almost once a year for the past 9 years and this was still a great experience even with the unit under different management. I liked being able to just message the property manager and not have to call if I needed something and not having to wait in line to check in was great!The noise level was better than it has been in the past although I'm sure our neighbors would disagree as my toddler woke multiple times a night screaming. The two main problems we had was the living room tv and the outlets. We were able to plug in our roku in the living room but the remote wouldnt scroll so we could change the input to get to our roku. The bedroom allowed us to or at least had buttons on the tv itself to get to the roku. Would have preffered to have it in the living room for our daughter but we made it work. The outlets in the dining area are really loose and wouldnt keep things plugged into them.Overall great stay and we will definitely will be staying here again!
