The great room features strong natural lighting and a soaring, vaulted ceiling finished with repurposed beetle kill wood with home comforts including a plush sectional, fireplace, and smart TV. Handle home cooking with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen and enjoy family style feasts at the dining table set for eight. A furnished loft area makes a great afternoon reading nook or daytime office for remote work needs with a desk, printer, and sitting area. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Security camera details: There are two cameras facing outwards from the home over the entryways for security.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Me and my family had a awesome vacation time here at Pagosa Springs the house was so wonderful to stayed in it was very clean the rooms were very nice and clean the beds were comfortable to sleep in, the kitchen was awesome since I love to cook but we loved the outside view just beautiful and breath taking me and my family had the best stayed we would definitely come back and stay here again best place ever thank y'all for everything we had a great stayed and great vacation just loved it. LOVE this property and all its amenities!

My family of 4 stayed here but the home can fit 3-5 more people easily! Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfy, and location is great! WiFi worked amazingly. The location is easy to find and located close to just about everything you need! The thing I loved best about this property is the care they take for it. There is no thrown together mismatched furniture or odds and ends for dishes or pots and pans so scratched up all your food sticks to it. The owners and property managers take care of this home and it is extremely clean and well maintained! I would love to stay here a million times again!
