Located in the Center of Black Butte Ranch, this warm, inviting South Meadow home has 2,500 spacious square feet sitting on a 1.22 acre of land which is located in the heart of Black Butte Ranch. We are a 5 min walk/2 min bike ride to the Glaze Meadow Pool/Recreation Area, and a 10 minute drive to the BBR Lodge. The entire home was upgraded in 2019.

Black Butte Ranch charges a Property Facilities Usage Fee of 12% (of your daily rental rate), all year long.. THIS FEE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL RATE AND IS COLLECTED BY VRBO WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING.

Quick five minute walk to the spa/workout, bike rental, and café/snack bar at Glaze Meadow pool and facilities. This great location is close to all main destinations on the ranch including the convenience store, pools, bike paths, hiking trails, horse stables, tennis courts, pickle ball, horse shoes and golf courses. What a fantastic winter getaway with nearby Hoodoo Ski Bowl within 20-25 minutes. Thanks to its remoteness and Mount Bachelor’s massive skier draw, lift lines are non-existent and daily rates won’t break you.

Our home boasts an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, wrap-around deck with a fire-pit, den, living room, bar, fireplace and Wi-Fi. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people:
UPSTAIRS: Main Bedroom-1 King Bed w/ adjoining bathroom, (sleeps 2); Bedroom Two-1 King Bed w/ adjoining bathroom (sleeps 2); Bedroom Three-1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), bathroom in hallway.
DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom Four-1 Queen Bed, Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4), bathroom in hallway.

Upgrades you say, we have them! In 2019, the entire house was remodeled, all new kitchen, all new bathrooms, 2 new flat-screen TV's. Come enjoy!

We Do Not have a hot tub, there is one at Glaze Meadow Recreation Center.

Relaxing family trip

Beautiful, clean and cozy home with a well stocked kitchen. Great for our group! Only downside (not the owner’s fault) was that many of Black Butte’s amenities were closed because of COVID.

Our large group spent 3 nights here and it was very nice. lots of room, the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced at a VRBO or that other rental place :-) ( and I have rented a lot) and spotlessly clean. Great communications. highly recommended

Annual Memorial Weekend trip with Friends

We are a group of couples that has been renting in Black Butte for years. Our group size varies, but this house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms nice and clean. The kitchen upgrades were pleasing, and we had everything we needed to cook our meals! The living room and den were nice to relax in! Plenty of room for us on the deck and an amazing firepit to sit out next to and star gaze at night! This is a house we want to come back to in the future! Thank you to the host(s) for sharing their home!

BBR vacation 2023

The home is located in a good place with close access to the Glaze Meadow and South Meadow pools by bike. The home was clean and the updated kitchen and bathrooms were really nice, It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to prepare and cook meals. The deck is huge and great for sitting outside in the evenings. The adults and kids loved the hammocks. Love being at Black Butte!

Amazing kitchen with all the tools and equipment needed!

The property was great for the five of us. There is plenty of space for everyone, with a separate den/family room with a large TV. The fireplace in the living room is so inviting, and the kitchen is top-notch! We made our Thanksgiving feast and didn't have any issues finding what we needed. Thalia and Kelly responded immediately when we had questions. Thank you!

Perfect Family House

Thalia and Kelly were very responsive and worked to rectify problems we encountered with the condition of the house when we first arrived. We appreciate that so much! The huge deck has lots of comfy seating, there is plenty of propane for the fire pit and BBQ, no shortage of bedding, towels, house supplies etc. The house is very comfortable, in a very good location and works perfectly for family groups. We are grateful that the Doherty’s share it.

Perfect family house

This is a terrific house. Plenty of room to accommodate our family with 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Very well equipped. Kitchen set up much better than the average rental home, for people that know how to cook. Beautiful decks with plenty of outdoor furniture. Lots of space inside the house for kid and adult activities. Big lot so there’s only one other house nearby. We’ll be back. Bottle of wine awaiting us a nice touch.

Great Tradition!

We have stayed a week at BB for over 25 years! Now taking our grandchildren 4, 7 and 8. Fun seeing them do the same things our kids did years ago. This year, they participated in the bike parade on the 4th of July. House was well equipped. Good location. No shampoo/conditioner or hand soap in dispensers in bathrooms. It does have a sunken living room with no handrail for those who might need something to hang onto

Great, then smoke

This was our third stay at this great house, which works so well for large families. Our two daughters and their two kids each had a great time and the house easily accommodated our group. When we arrived, the cleaners had not shown up. But the owners immediately arranged for a substitute crew. And made a generous cost adjustment. So I have no problem giving an unqualified 5 star rating.

This was our second time here. Great deck, kids love the hammocks, very comfortable bedrooms and nice size bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and good location. Plenty of room for all.

Wonderful Updated Home in a Central BBR Location

The house was pristine and very well-stocked for a rental. We especially loved the updated kitchen and meals and drinks out on the oversized deck amongst the trees. The location is pretty central within the Ranch, so we had easy access to bike trails, pools, and everything that's so lovely about Black Butte. No complaints!

Great house and location

The house is very roomy with lots of sitting areas. Enjoyed large table for games and dining for our group. Kitchen is well stocked. Has a fabulous large deck and will seat large groups. It screams it needs a hot tub- haha. The one thing I thought odd was there was no soap for any of the showers. Also we did not get the code for the lock- I had to call the host, but he returned my call quickly.

Beautiful House, Insanely Stocked Kitchen!!!

We stayed at this house Dec. 24-26 and it was perfect for right over Christmas! There was snow falling and the house was perfect with all the amazing windows. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. We were sad to leave and wished we could stay longer!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with a very well stocked kitchen - a cook's dream! Prior to staying the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We had a glitch with check-in, we did not receive access information from VRBO - this was not the owner's fault. Once contacted, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again. It would be nice to have some kindling wood available or an axe available for chopping wood to start a fire, we weren't able to use the fireplace. Next time we'll bring our own paper and kindling, there is plenty of firewood stacked and available. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
