Beautiful house, very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen had it all, items for babies and toddlers too! Fun game room for the kids. My family came out for ankids baseball tourney and we loved our time off enjoying this location. Highly recommend, if this house is available, rent it!!!

Convenient Location - good for families

This property was perfect for a family to have space to spread out or spend time together. The table was large enough to fit everyone. The kitchen had everything labeled, making it easy to find what we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had plenty of room to park our boat and trailer. The game room/garage was a bonus space for the kids to hang out and play.

Take a quick 5-minute drive to explore Rotary Park's expansive grounds, complete with a beach, boat launch, scenic trails, sports fields, a bike park, playgrounds, and pickleball courts. For entertainment, Laughlin is just a stone's throw away, offering casinos, dining, vibrant nightlife, boat tours, and concerts. If you're a water enthusiast, head to Katherine Landing at Lake Mohave marina for an array of water sports and rentals. And during the cooler months, don't miss out on the desert hiking trails and exhilarating ATV rides. Plus, there are various jet ski, boat, and off-road vehicle rentals available off Highway 95.
