The property was great. It suited our needs very well. Lots of comfortable beds. Great location, easy to get to the subway and go everywhere around Boston. Highly recommend staying here.
Our overall experience was good! Location very nice! Walking to several good restaurants. Would have been nice to have some written directions for the use of the condo. We finally figured out the heating and cooling on our last night. We needed more towels! The towels were old and very thin with some bleach stains. Only two wash cloths for the 6 of us. The beds had plastic mattress protectors and made for hot sleeping. The condo was clean and comfortable.
The home was and pictures were accurate. Felt safe in the area walking around. Very close walk to the subway station. There was plenty of closet space with hangers. The beds were comfortable. However, the host does not reply to messages. Prior to the trip we had to call them to get a reply. While there, I messaged with some concerns but still haven’t received any replies. My concerns:1) They need mattress covers over the box springs (one bed has either a vomit or urine stain)2) they need pillow protectors on the pillows (the extra pillows in the closets were very disgusting with stains)3) there were no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows4) they need a good cleaning of dust on door frames and vents5) need additional wash cloths (only 4 in the house) and hand towels (only 1 per bathroom), 6) the coffee creamers expired in 2025. 7) There is no washer/dryer. 8) prior to arriving, I inquired about unscented bathroom products due to sensitivities and was told everything was unscented. It was not and I had to go buy hand soap.9) no recommendations of things to do, places to eat, brochures, subway system, etc.
Plenty of room for the whole family. Several different spaces available throughout the home so you don’t feel packed in or right on top of eachother. Communication with the owner was extremely quick, but not much for check-in instructions or guide to the home/space. A binder or more detailed digital information about the space would be very helpful. Property was overall clean, and it suited us for exactly what we needed! Really easy walk to Adams street with lots of fun restaurants/bars/cafe, great location! The street is super narrow and parking can be tough. We did fine getting in and out with our minivan, but larger/longer SUVs could be tricky. Overall, great stay and we would 100% book this property again!
The house was beautiful plenty of room for my friends and I. It’s literally a stones throwaway from the train that will take you anywhere in the city of Boston. I would definitely stay again
We came to town to see my son who is doing an internship at Fenway park and caught a concert. We had a great time. The house was spotless and exactly what we needed. Great Place to stay with a group

Great location, ok apartment
Lots of little things like broken cabinets, lack of extra linens and towels, very minimal kitchen equipment and trash in the back yard led to an OK review. The neighborhood and area are very nice.
House is as described and was what we expected. Parking was a nightmare - but we were there over a weekend so perhaps it might be better during the week. Good host, very responsive.
Great stay and very convenient to visit Boston. Very spacious if you have a big group. I would suggest some hooks in bathrooms and near door. We couldn’t hand towels or jackets. Very minor suggestion, overall great stay.
The property is really fantastic for a larger family who appreciates options for gathering space as well as privacy. The attic space is a great bonus for kids, a teen, or a couple who wants to keep a baby / toddler close at hand and have their own space away from the space. The location is very convenient and walkable to the T. Be aware of the laundry situation. It requires quarters and is in a harder-to-access basement. The host is very quick with communication. The four stars are due to a lack of detailed information available upon arrival—typical things like how quirky technology can be, forewarning about the laundry, etc. (But even asked, help was quickly given.)
We had a short stay at this location 3 nights and upon waking up the first morning we discovered evidence of mice including chewed through food and mouse fecal matter. We had to throw out all of our non perishable items intended for breakfast lunch and snacks. The host offered to reimburse (but has ghosted me since) and also offered a non VRBO location to move to on the 2nd of 3 nights which was smaller than where we were staying in and made us uncomfortable since it wasn’t a VRBO location. The host never reached back out regarding the mice and fecal matter despite stating someone would come take care of it and we continued to find mice evidence for the rest of our 3 night stay. You could hear the mice in the kitchen late at night. I have messaged the host repeatedly requesting the offer of reimbursement for our lost food items as was offered and the host hasn’t responded yet the place is still available to rent starting tomorrow which seems appalling given the extent of mice problem.
The property was beautiful, everything in the pictures were accurate. The host was very easy to reach, very understanding and answered all my questions. Only problem was that there were people living downstairs of the townhouse building. Overall great stay
