The house is very clean and the owner is very accommodating. In a nice little Cul-de-Sac driveway which makes the place feel very private. Is definitely a place I would stay again.

Absolutely loved it. Perfect for a group of 4/5 people it’s just like sharing a really big hotel room dairy cozy very airy and be warm or cool. All the amenities everything works. Location is incredible. Lots of parking. There’s a beautiful olive tree well landscaped, clean and quaint.Perfect Trailer and Car.

We stay at this location every year for biking, soccer games, butterfly watching, pinball and the many restaurants in the area. Hands down, this is the best place to stay in the Monterey area. It’s centrally located to anything you have on your agenda and there is spacious parking onsite. But most important the owner is amazing! Each time we visit, there has been items added to make the stay more enjoyable. The beds are not too firm and not too soft. And the best part is they are set up with mattress heaters. Top tip, at night turn the heater off and use the mattress heater to stay the perfect temperature all night. The cool coastal night temperature helps you to sleep wonderfully. I always book early because I love staying at this vacation rental.

We stay at the Seaside Guesthouse every year. The property is well maintained and is like a home away from home. The location has great parking and is a short drive to downtown Monterey activities. We always enjoy ourselves.

This guest house is centrally located and has great parking. We stay multiple times a year and enjoy that it is just a few minutes drive to activities in Seaside, Monterey, Pacific Grove and short trip to Carmel. Biking access is great, too. Whether you want to ride urban trails or off road trails you can cycle directly to them. The host is amazing and very responsive. The guesthouse is well stocked/maintained and I love the charm of the guesthouse.

We loved our stay at this charming property. Cecelia, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating. We were towing a 12-foot motorcycle trailer. She has plenty of parking and even let us park our bikes in her garage. This adorable place is well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfy.
