Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish industrial conversion unique rustic space. Studio style 900 Sq feet space with private bath and king size bed, access to all outdoor amenities and ATCHAFALAYA river. Whether cooking on the grill or gathering around the firepit, the environment is absolutely breathtaking and relaxing! Open concept studio style with kitchen and bathroom All exterior spaces are shared with other house on property, river, fire pit, hot tub, and backyard may have other guest at times. Charcoal grill available, charcoal is not included. Also just a few miles down the road is Cajun heritage RV park, for only 10 dollars a day you can have access to the pool and other events! Reachable by app Private small quite community Walking, biking ,atv, golf carts, vehicle are all allowed!! Shared outdoor areas, fire pit and outdoor kitchen, hot tub and wharf.  Left driveway is designated for your stay if other guest are staying also at other house on property
