A highly efficient spacious Studio (560 Sqft) calling for digital nomads (Fast Starlink Wi-Fi 111 Mbps) and all seasons adventurers! Long stay is welcome, perfect for remote work and getaways. An optimal location to observe constellations (Betelgeuse, Sirius with naked eyes/Whirlpool nebula, M13 in Hercules with telescopes). A rare place to find igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic - 3 types of rocks on the property, close to Giant Rock, Integratron, and with a great view of Goat Mountain!

Place sealed trash bags in the trash bins at the entrance to the property. Turn off the water/power and secure doors/windows at check out.

Great getaway

Communication with KC was spot on, responsive and very helpful, the desert gem isn’t far from Yucca Valley which has all the grocery stores (Stater Brothers), all types of ethnic restaurants sushi, Korean (very tasty), Mediterranean kabob (baklava so mouthwatering and hummus fresh), Joshua tree down the road about 7 miles (west entrance), crossroads cafe has excellent food, the polenta triangles were perfectly grilled and seasoned, pioneer town was fun, dog friendly, too many places to mention, all nearby. Five stars.to desert gem.
