A wonderful high end home directly on Lake Erie - 10 Miles from Cedar Point and 6 miles from Sports Force Park. This unique home boasts direct lake access and wonderful views, as well as two beaches and a park with a playground within walking distance!

This is a quiet residential street with no parties or events allowed. The owners live in this property part time and have set it up for vacation rentals when they are out of town. They have local contacts who help in the upkeep and management so that any problems can be quickly addressed. There is no street parking in the neighborhood so parking is limited to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway only.
