Great house...classic beautiful house fully updated. Super clean. Great fun for kids with basketball game, ping pong, pool table and last but not least video games. Big yard with access to Lake Erie. Owner is near y and was super responsive with a minor issue. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this house. We had ten people, 4 kids, 6 adults. It was perfect. Pros- lots of room, wonderful entertainment, beautiful views of lake, close to Cedar Point, great host communication, nice starter supplies, a/c works great, lovely old house that is in great shape.Cons- really none! There are a lot of steps but there are great bars and railings that help. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time here! Everything was perfect, clean, and exceeded our expectations. Spenser is very kind and hospitable--an absolute wonderful premier host!!!This is a wonderful house with all the amenities (and more) needed for family fun (esp. with kids)--Rain or shine we could enjoy the indoor spaces!!! We love it all! The outdoor landscaping and property is beautiful and well-kept...We were more than impressed :)The family had fun fishing. The property is happily situated in a quiet neighborhood and located in a convenient location --easy distance to restaurants, stores, beaches, etc. It is also lovely to be able to park our cars in the garage, thank you!We have many wonderful family memories here and appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owners! I highly recommend :)

Everything was absolutely incredible for our wedding we hosted here. The house was perfect and just a really cool place to host a wedding. The communication with the property managers was always efficient and kind. I cannot thank Dayle and David enough for wonderful time we had. I cannot recommend this home enough and would for sure book with them again!

We utilized the pool table, ping pong table, game room and firepit. I had 2 knee replacements and hip and wrist surgery in the past year. I didn't think it through and the steep steps were alot for me. I will say the handrails and grab bars were a godsend. We had 4 generations and they all had a great time. The parking was also good.

We had a great week at this property. Very big and plenty of bedrooms for larger groups. Games and ping pong kept the kids busy. Great location near Cedar Point and Sandusky. Would definitely stay again.

This home was incredible and exactly what we had hoped for. We had kids and grandkids along with us and everyone found the home inviting and beautiful. This is an annual weekend for our family and really hope to be able to use this location again in the future.

We had the best time. Everything about this home was warm and inviting.The host was prompt when answering any questions...my grand children had a blast being together. There's nothing more precious than hearing laughter. The bedrooms were perfect for our family size.Thank you again and we'll be back!
