169 High Hammock

This 2nd floor High Hammock flat with beautiful two bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Enjoy the beauty of Seabrook Island while vacationing in this terrific villa with its remodeled kitchen. Perfect for anyone looking to get close to the beach - only a half mile away - at an affordable price.

This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor villa with Pergo floors, open kitchen with granite countertops, updated bathrooms and more. The sofa has a sleeper bed. Sliding glass doors from the family room lead to the deck with a golf course view. The kitchen opens up to the rest of the villa. It is fully equipped for your cooking needs with granite countertops, and a table with seating for six.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a full bath across the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached full bathroom. There is also a computer desk and Wifi if you need to have an area to work. High Hammock Villas are approximately a half mile from the beach.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am: 2
The first pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very relaxing and short drive to beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was clean, the temperature inside was fabulous and the community is very quiet. The realty company was super easy to deal with and stayed on top of communications with us about the rental. This was my first trip to Seabrook and I will DEFINITELY return! Gorgeous island.

Lovely Seabrook Island Condo

Perfect for one couple or two. Great location, comfortable amenities, clean and tidy, and a place to work remotely if you need to. We didn't cook, but kitchen has everything you need and laundry with washer/dryer would come in handy if we were staying longer. Beds a little firm and en suite bath attaches to smaller bed/bedroom. What would be the powder room has stall shower. Manageable for us as just one couple, and would do for two friendly couples or family whose kids are willing to share a bed as well.

Clean, great location, just what I had hoped to find

We had a very enjoyable 4 days at 169 High Hammock on Seabrook Island. We were there for a wedding and it was so convenient to everything. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and a 2-month old. We needed a rocking chair so we cleaned a chair on the deck and brought it just inside and placed it on a rug and the baby took great naps in her Granna’s arms! It is very spacious and served us well! With a baby there is always lots of laundry, and there is a wonderful laundry room—this was not listed on the information I had received so we were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks for sharing your villa with us!

169 High Hammock

Just came back to CLT from 5, I wish it was 25 days Instead of 6 days at 169 High Hammock condo. Place is fabulous I’ll be back. I go to Seabrook at least three times a year. My regular condo sold. Took a chance in this one. Do it. I will be back as often as possible! It’s a perfect, quiet, reminds me of home but I want to live there place! Thanks Owners!

Lovely escape

We had a lovely trip. The rental was very nice. Most of the Seabrook restaurants were closed, so I would recommend bringing groceries. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of consumable materials (trash bags etc) were provided.

The place was overall very nice and clean. I would recommend to the owners that new mattresses would be nice. They were a little hard for my liking. Overall though the place was very nice.

Awesome & Comfy!

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and the High Hammock Villas. We highly recommend staying at this spacious villa! It has all the comforts of home and more! In talking with Nancy, I felt I had made a friend "away" from home. She was very helpful & a joy to talk to :) I loved the openness of the kitchen and the pergo floors through out. Fresh & inviting is this "home away from home"! I also loved seeing the old oak and palm trees right outside our deck..very picturesque! We were only a few minutes walk to the beach and had a great dinner in the club house! We'll definitely be back and will be calling you soon, Nancy!
