Kaanapali beach was not affected by the fires! Book with confidence! Upgraded 1 BR & 2 full baths with privacy. The extra large bedroom affords a NEW UPGRADED Luxury KING bed with Hotel Linens and the Sofa opens to a Queen Bed and has closet space and its own full bath. We also supplied a twin rollaway. The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach, unit #410-412 located on the 4th floor of the Oceanfront Tower 1 facing “the quiet side” with stunning million dollar views of Black Rock Beach.

Newly remodeled and all new furniture, flooring, fixtures, appliances, art and decorations! Enjoy this premium style one bedroom suite with two full bathrooms located right next to Whaler’s Village and views of black rock beach! The Whaler offers the best location on the West Side. Walk to luxury shopping, golf and dining. Kaanapali also has a complementary shuttle throughout the resorts. Amazing tranquil ocean views. Your one bedroom ocean view Suite features updated furnishings, two bathrooms, a living area, fully equipped designer kitchen, and private oversized lanai (balcony). Newly remodeled and upgraded furniture!

***The Whaler has a daily resort fee of $33.00/day + Tax payable directly to the resort upon check in/check out. The fee covers your access to the gym, pool, spa, fresh towels all day, beach chairs and cabanas (based on availability), parking, and WiFi throughout the resort, and free laundry machines located at each floor.

All properties owned by 123 MAUI include the following packages to make your vacation a 5 star stay and one you will always remember:

Hotel Quality premium bath linens, bed linens, and comfortable new beds
Vacation Essentials Starter Package featuring dish towels, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, bathroom tissue, and more. (starter supplies only, not refilled during stay as it is not a hotel)
Pool and Beach Package featuring pool towels provided poolside, plus we leave you extra- large beach towels for days you travel away from the resort, large rolling cooler, and collapsible cooler perfect for the road to Hana or beach days. (Other items like beach chairs and boogie boards we leave but not guaranteed)
Entertainment Package featuring free upgraded wireless internet, house phone, cable tv service, and large, high-definition flat screen smart tv(s) with HDMI ports to connect your personal video cameras, IPADs, etc. Plus we provide an "Alexa" to listen to your favorite Hawaiian tunes. We also provide a DVD player so you can rent your favorite movies.
Children’s Package featuring plastic cups/ dishes/ utensils, and upon requests a portable Pac ‘n Play (bring your own baby sheet), We can also refer you to a baby supply company that will deliver anything you need right to your unit.

SOFA BED: SOFA BEDS available upon request at time of booking for Extra Linens need to be set up. Sofa bed is included when the "extra guest fee" is applied. (After 3 guests for the sofa bed and an additional roll away bed after 4 guests), but if you are 2 guests or less and would like to use one of the sofa bed or the roll away bed or both, you must let us know at the time of booking to order the linens.

THE PER NIGHT RATE IS BASED ON 4 GUESTS, LINENS ARE ONLY PROVIDED FOR REGISTERED GUESTS, UNLESS REQUESTED plus there is also a roll away bed.

We have been coming to Maui to visit family for over 25 years. We loved renting a condo vs. hotel as you can enjoy the extra space and a place to call home. I enjoyed not having to eat every meal out and making drinks at home is fun to us. Well, we decided to buy when we would stay at the same place for 10 years and the owners never updated or even changed the "old" furniture and the kitchen was stocked with gross pans. We made a goal to buy a Maui condo and completely re-do it so it is upgraded and stocked with everything we needed to make a great meal. From having the best steak knives/blenders/toasters to real local art work. Well, as with everything, once you do one, we kept going. Now, we have 5 great Maui condos that we rent to family, friends and VRBO Guests. We want people to have the best, 5 star vacation and come back year after year.We thank you for choosing 123Maui.com
