Im well familiar with most of Lima, i hope i can make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. If you're movie goer, Larcomar has theater. Why they chose this property

This is the absolute most beautiful area in Peru. Roads are maintained and cleaned daily. Security patrols frequently and it is quiet considering the high traffic Lima has.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful Larcomar is minutes away by foot. Enjoy the ocean breeze as you make your way. Parque del amor and many other parks readily close by as well. Famous parque Kennedy within walking distance. "La Calle de las Pizzas" a few mins away, If you're a runner there is lots of trails to get on. The scenary and proximity it has to various stores is what i really enjoy about the apartment. The location is its biggest quality.
