THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME WAS DESIGNED FOR EASY MOUNTAIN LIVING! Situated off a gentle access easement & backs up to an extensive greenbelt. Enjoy an open & airy great room with walls of windows facing south, a beautiful separate master suite off to one side of the great room & 2 bedrooms, and a bath off to the other side. Upstairs is a large loft. Close to the pools, gym, golf course, The Lodge Rest, deli & store.
10 mins to downtown, 20 mins to Northstar ski area.

Nice house, good communicative owner

The house was nice - surprising that it allowed pets as it was so nice. Bedding was good - note that one of the queens is an open loft where there is not a lot of noise isolation. Owner was really good with communication, and checked in via text with us, especially when a major storm took out power for us and the entire neighborhood.
